The Human Factor part II

I posted "The Human Factor" regarding PE and the multiple errors they made. Still no complete resolve as they have not refunded me for the first cancelled transaction and it is 13 days later. They said they would on the 17th. Really sad. I confirmed they have not with the credit card company and they are supposed to call me back and let me know what's what.

I'd guess I'm nearing at least one hour total just in phone calls to try and fix the mess now. This is not just my time that is being wasted so you need to multiply it by 2. Their productivity and efficiency suffers too.
