I gave up on 'radio' several years ago. It seemed that every time I tuned in to an FM station I had at least a 50% chance of tuning into a long series of commercial adverting.
There's a station here that I liked when I first moved to Colorado. Their slogan was "world class rock". I think they still use that one but it's mostly "world class endless commercials" these days.
I'm happy playing my own set of tunes from the computer music server, iPhone in my car, or streaming services. Radio? That medium died a couple decades ago as far as I'm concerned.
National vinyl record day was less than two weeks ago. No one noticed that either. But I like vinyl.
