buy a nice wooden shield and line it with metal (inside too for fire) and then buy lithium batteries(shockingly compact yet powerful for motorbikes, electric cars (who knew!) etc. )and not as expensive. You could assemble that thing easily for a lot less money IMO. However, it would not have any Musk magic.
