I have always this "giant killer" bug in the mind, especially with digital.
Digital is a really strange beast ... not completely understood i believe.
Analog is in the end down to mechanics ... the better the mechanical design the best the performance.
Digital instead is very tricky. Cheap products can sound even more musical than expensive one.
I remember the old story of a cheap dac here in the digital forum ... it was very cheap but won a best sound award .. the Art DI/O.
