Its not going to be very effective in the bass , to do that I would have had to have at least a 6" - 12" air gap , much denser and thicker rockwool which I didnt want.
At the moment , just judging by experience , the RT60 time above the schroeder freq is in the 200-250ms , which is too dead for me , but I have artwork etc which will partially cover the walls and are a little more reflective , hopefully I get it right :)
Basically , I have worked to a reflection free zone with the paneling.
Im constructing corner bass traps using the same panels but will add extra treatments as needed or if they are needed.
Low bass is controlled via Dirac or Acourate and other MiniDSP eq modules as physical treatment is impossible.
