I had a problem with my two (so far only) downloads a couple weeks ago, on an iMac, using the latest JRiver downloader app.
Two songs didn't fully download (Roundabout on the Yes 24/96 'Fragile' album) and another one on a classical 24/96 album (one of the movements). I don't think the problem was related to the selections etc..
I emailed them and they 'reset' my purchase whatever, and I simply tried again. I DID set the thing to download only ONE selection/song at a time, the initial attempt had 3 going at once. This time everything worked great.
I think it re-downloaded the entire Fragile album (all the songs) but only the one movement in the classical selection that had an error. I don't know nor care the reason why ...
Everything seems AOK with the songs/albums now. Good luck!
