RE: A funny story about square wave test on speakers

There are very few speakers that can reproduce a squarewave. See fig.8
at the link below.

But I feel that the step responses I publish in Stereophile's speaker
reviews - see fig.7 at the same URL below - are a much more informative
means of probing the temporal aspects of performance than a squarewave.
