Simply put this means you can type a huge dissertation of several pages & say nothing because your subject matter or the stance you've taken on it is gibberish & what you''re
left with is a lot of "written" text, that contains very little information (if any at all).
Or
You could write only a line or two that displays some sort of thought processing was used
& can be easily recognized as information. Thus there is "content"
Your question displays content ; to pursue it further would amount to someone's effort
to use text in a contentless effort !
