If I can drive to the seller it makes no difference to me if zero feedback. Otherwise, the less feedback, the more communication required before the purchase, including at least one phone call, minimum. I'll also search out their posts to get a sense of whether or not this person is trustworthy and reasonable. After careful evaluation of the seller I'll then decide whether or not to do business.
Zero feedback just means better vetting on my part.
