Do you really need 30 days to find out if a piece is for you? Are you willing to pay a 20% re-stocking fee, and all the shipping? I would be willing to do 7 days, customer pays all shipping, and if there is any damage (including shipping damage) you're on the hook for that too.
Remember when a piece is opened, it's no longer brand new and should be sold as B stock.
