First off the 540 million is via 20 year payout. If you take the cash lump sum, it's gonna be like $300,000,000.
Then take a third of that out for taxes. Better yet half to be safe (if you overpay you get it back, if you underpay, you go to jail)
So now you got $150,000,000
Do you REALLY think MBL is worth less than $150 million? no way dude.
