My approach

Yes, although in my case I should have done it quite some time ago. Frankly, until very recently, I was unaware of the scope of the Welborne problems. I attributed the delay to the realities of running a one-man shop and assumed that Ron, certainly a well-known figure, would come through. I never doubted it really.

Now I do and, should Welborne not respond to the BBB inquiry or issue my refund in short order, will be filing a small claims action in the Douglas County Combined Courts. If anyone else is interested in going down this road feel free to contact me and I will forward the forms and a link to the relevant web site.
