What legal recourse can I take (if any),with a person who recieved $750 from me for an amp that I never recieved?I have the fedex reciept that he took the envelope ,an e mail from him stating that the amp was broke and that he would send me the money back instead of the amp,and a uspo money order reciept.I live in Chicago and he lives in Staten Island.Any suggestions would be appreciated,for I have done many transactions over the web and have never been burned before.He will not call me back or answer my emails.This was not an audiogon trans or ebay but one Asylum member to another.
