Our own Oakroot and his photographer, Gnome, have just sent me their first installment from HE2002. Surprisingly, turntables seemed to be everything (or at least dominating these pics). You'll have to ask Oakroot about that. Here's round one with more to come.

A system in the Acoustic Dreams Room: the Lumenwhite Whitelight Speakers listing for $38,000, the VAIC Classic 52B amplifier at $14,800 per pair, the DCS Verdi SACD at $10,000, and the Hovland preamp at $6,000. The sound was outstanding.

A new offering, the Dragon from Ayon, a 97 db two that sports a fullrange AER driver along with a 15" woofer in the rear, priced at $19,000 for the pair.
