suitability of linear PSU for my Auraliti PK100

Hi everyone,

Since electrical engineering is way outside my realm of knowledge, I am wondering if someone may be able to tell me if the following linear PSU I found on eBay would be a good swap for the wall-wart PSU (12V 5A) that came with my Auraliti PK100 (which is pictured above):

eBay item number: 111944028903 (Hi End 100VA Linear Power Supply DC12V 5A Ultra Low Noise LPS for Audio)

If not, could you explain why not? Also, are there any other options out there that may be cheaper, just to experiment to see what kind of improvement a linear PSU makes in this setting?
