Have you tried this...
You can try adjusting the power management for the USB HUB devices.
Go to:
Control panel
System
Device Manager
---> Universal Serial Bus Controllers
---> USB Root HUBS
Right Click on each to access the properties tab
Move over to the Power Management tab
Unclick the Allow this computer...
This has helped some users.
