I'm enjoying improved audible performance using a Sonore microRendu player which is also headless. That was never an issue since I continue to use the iPeng app (via phone or pad) for control purposes as I did with the Touch. The app also turns either device into a player as well.
The Touch now serves duty in the garage system. :)
