89259 connectors

I posted a few days ago asking about different brands of ready-made 89259 cables; people suggested rhinocables, heartlandscables, etc. Prices are about the same, though much more for Signal with bullet plugs.

Which are the preferred connectors for these cables?
Vampire?
Eichmann bullet?
Bluejeans uses Canare.

BTW: Regarding he Techflex that Bluejeans uses, is this the rope-like covering many cables use or does it actually bind the L and R cables together?
