Haven't had any problems running passive using Kimber, Marigo Labs and Siltech. I have not used Nordost or HT cables, but from what I've read of them, they should be OK too.Special note: Check out the Siltech stuff, quite awesome. If you're on a budget, the Siltech ST-18 is great sounding at around $300 a meter.
Yes I know that $300 a meter is not cheap, but it maybe the last cable you need to get.
