I have a set of MA3 balanced and SP3 biwire, I tried the MA1's which I still have and the MA2's as well, I found the MA1 very competent but lacked top end extension and midrange bloom but had a full bottom end, the MA2 has the extension missing from the MA1's but the bottom couldn't match the top regardless of placement! This is were I found the MA3 to be the sweet spot trumping both in all areas and then some, for me they were tonal truth and neutrality! I plan to try the MA5's but wonder if the MA3 will remain the sweet spot. And yes they will take 400hrs to burn in fully!
